This viewer is available free at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=TTGWL47MBlue Parrot Software LLC Services OfferedBlue Parrot Software LLC will provide product and professional services pricing along with any needed configuration assistance that includes, but is not limited to, network assessments, design, implementation, testing, optimizing, training, and any other related services requirements. Netsync supports OEM equipment from HP, Lenovo, Intel, Cisco, Meraki, Dell and Brother. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.Warranty and LiabilityBlue Parrot Software LLC services shall be performed in a skillful and professional manner, using industry best practices and equal to, or surpassing, the requirements identified in each Statement of Work. Customer shall notify Blue Parrot Software LLC in writing within thirty (30) days after completion of the services in question when any of the services fail to meet the standards of care set forth in this Agreement. If no notification is made within a thirty (30) day period following completion of the services, this will constitute the customer's final acceptance of the services. If Blue Parrot Software LLC's obligations are compromised by reason of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Blue Parrot Software LLC, including without limitation, acts of war, terrorism, civil disobedience, severe weather or other acts of God, failures of suppliers to deliver equipment; then Blue Parrot Software LLC's obligation for providing product or services will be on a best effort basis. For third-party products manufactured or supplied to Blue Parrot Software LLC for resale to customer, Blue Parrot Software LLC limits warranty to what is offered by the respective manufacturer or supplier. This warranty shall be transferred or assigned to customer, and customer's recovery is limited to recovery against such manufacturer or supplier for breach of any applicable warranties of manufacturer or supplier. In the event of a claim by customer for breach of product warranty, Blue Parrot Software LLC must follow the warranty policy established by the manufacturer, which may require return of the warranted item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
